– Begin on your hands and knees. – Lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted "V" shape. – Lengthen your spine and stretch through the arms and legs.

Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

– Step one foot forward and the other foot back. – Extend your arms parallel to the ground, with palms facing down. – Gaze over the front hand, while bending the front knee.

Title: Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

– Shift your weight onto one leg. – Place the sole of the opposite foot on the inner thigh or calf. – Bring your hands to your heart center, finding balance.

Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)

– Kneel on the ground, bringing your buttocks to your heels. – Extend your arms forward and lower your forehead to the floor. – Relax and breathe deeply, releasing tension.

Child's Pose (Balasana)

Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

– Sit on the ground with legs extended in front of you. – Hinge forward at the hips, reaching towards your feet. – Lengthen the spine and breathe into the stretch.

Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

– Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. – Lift your hips off the ground, creating a bridge shape. – Engage your glutes and thighs while keeping the neck relaxed.

Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
